This policy explains what information 2Fold Strategy, Inc. ("2Fold", "we", "us") collects through 2foldstrategy.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill in our project enquiry form, we collect what you choose to give us:
- Your name and company
- Your email address or phone number
- Where your product is today and the services you are interested in
- Anything you write about your product
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type and IP address, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about your project
- To prepare a scope of work if you ask for one
- To keep our records of who we have spoken with
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Who we share it with
We share your information only when it helps us answer your enquiry:
- Our website provider. Webflow hosts this site and processes form submissions on our behalf.
- Our partners, when you ask for their help. If your enquiry involves website, e-commerce or marketing work, we may share your contact details and project notes with our digital partner, Brandcamp Digital. The same applies to our kitchen, equipment and packaging partners when your project needs them.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and browser information to check that a real person is submitting it. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to work with you and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing consult@2foldstrategy.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
